Kuro Bara was founded by UP on a random Sunday afternoon. (LOL!)
Not only did he found Kuro Bara he found… Akimme.:o (LOL again!)

What is Kuro Bara?
Kuro means black while Bara means rose.
Black Rose, a mystical flower that that carry a very special meaning of “revival”.

As Kuro Bara’s first event we are here to bring back what's forgotten.
Hence this year’s cosplay theme is “Revive”

Where's Kuro Bara?
Venue: Liang Court Atrium ( near Singapore River, near Clarke Quay Mrt station )

Time: 12pm-6pm
